Apparently I sound adorable when I first wake up. |
Holy smokes, this is good. I always liked him on Weeds.

Thank you M———. Sorry for the late email. I was very busy for the last few days but I’ll forward this to F———- so he can include you in the Scholar Section for our 2012 Souvenir Program Book.
I’m very happy for your accomplishments. Congratulations!!! May this be the beginning of your bright career and wish you more success in the future. Take care and God Bless you always.

P.S.
Can I ask you a big favor? Would you mind considering being one of the candidates next year for Miss PaniquenianUSA, Inc.? It would be very nice if you can share your blessings to the less fortunate and indigent students in our hometown Paniqui. Thank you and once again my “BEST WISHES & CONGRATULATIONS”

Naya makes this song. The other guy singing with her is boring.
Agree with the above comment. Also, super excited that it’s featuring 2Cellos. Love them.
I could use some cuddling and sushi right about now.
I wrote this song a few years ago right after discovering that my best friend was planning on voting Yes on Proposition 8. We had been sitting in a restaurant, casually talking, and somehow conversation came to the proposition. Considering the majority of my friends are No on 8ers, I had just started assuming that most of the people I surrounded myself with were against the proposition. Although I probably shouldn’t have been, I was surprised to find that she supported the proposition.
“Yeah, marriage should be between a man and a woman,” she said calmly. So calmly. So easily. Too easily.
I didn’t know how to respond. I was astounded. It wasn’t a big deal to her at all. It was such a simple concept to her. So obvious. I tried to argue my case for a bit, but eventually gave up when I realized she just didn’t really care all that much.
“Still Swords”
So I wake up to find you on the other side now
Force myself to look you in the eyes somehow
Didn’t think this would be the thing to
Shake us, break us, oh no
If you knew how close it stings
Would that change the way you believe?
So I guess this marks the end
Of paper ones and papers tens
And you lean like it doesn’t matter
But it matters more than you’ll ever know
And you breathe like it doesn’t matter
But it matters more than you’ll ever know
Swords raised high
Swords raised still, but high x2
No longer the best, would you hunt me down?
Have your fear and faith brought you so far to the ground?
I’d rather it not end like this
But you’ve chose your choice and made your voice loud
And you lean like it doesn’t matter
But it matters more than you’ll ever know
And you breathe like it doesn’t matter
But it matters more than you’ll ever know
Swords raised high
Swords raised still, but high x4
Everything’s fine
Everything’s just fine
We’ll pretend everything’s fine
We’ll pretend everything’s just fine
And you lean like it doesn’t matter
But it matters more than you’ll ever know
And you breathe like it doesn’t matter
But it matters more than you’ll ever know x2
Swords raised high
Swords raised still, but high x4

Holy crap, I hadn’t heard of this band or this song before this, but now I love both. This is fucking awesome. Definitely best thing I’ve seen in a while.
Ooh, I totally called it. We played Hans Zimmer’s Pirates of the Caribbean music two years in a row in orchestra. You bet I can tell when his work is in a movie. Twenty minutes in I thought, “Well this sounds oddly familiar.”
:/
you thought I didn’t really notice. But I did. I wanted to high-five you. Yesterday I had a pair of brothers in my store. One was maybe between 15-17. He was a wrestler at the local high school. Kind of tall, stocky and handsome. He had a younger brother, who was maybe about…
